Every citizen should strive to ensure quality healthcare so that everyone can lead a healthy and productive life. Improving the quality of health services, using technology, and enhancing trained health workers are vital to ensuring health care reaches everyone, especially the low-income population.
Our Activities
Since its inception, "Society for National Charity" has been tirelessly working alongside the underprivileged and vulnerable people in the southern part of Dhaka city. To achieve these goals, the Society for National Charity is always active in the southern region of Dhaka city.
- Providing free medical services and necessary medications for the underprivileged.
- Organizing special health checkups and consultations for pregnant women.
- Ensuring vaccination and primary medical care for newborns.
- Regularly organize blood donation camps and raise public awareness.
- Offering incentives or rewards for blood donors.
- Providing special medical and rehabilitation services for persons with disabilities and creating a sensitive and supportive environment.
- Arranging special vehicles for rapid service delivery in emergencies.
Our Healthcare Projects
In the southern region of Dhaka city, long-term and short-term projects are ongoing in the 24 police precincts. We divided our healthcare project into four phases.
Emergency Healthcare
For emergency healthcare, we provide ambulance service, free treatment, blood collection, emergency operations, free health check-ups, free oxygen, etc.
Medical Camp
In this project, we provide free eye camps, free sunnate khatna camps, free health camps, free blood grouping camps, mobile citizen healthcare, and health awareness camps.
Maternity And Neonatal Health Services
In this project, we focus on our unprivileged women. We support them with regular healthcare during their maternity time, provide maternal services, and organize sneher porosh service for infants.
Establishment Of Medical Center
In this project, we established a medical center, a charitable medical center, a drug addiction treatment center, a physiotherapy center, a mental health center, a disability development center, a center for veterans, and a health services and development center.
